Local Retailer E-Commerce Rebuild
A white-label rebuild of a local business's website as a headless Shopify build. Comparing the last month on the old site with the first month on the new one, online custom-order requests rose 63.5% and paid online sales doubled, while mobile load time dropped from 16.7 seconds to 2.1.
The problem
The business ran on an aging WordPress and WooCommerce site. On mobile, the largest element took 16.7 seconds to appear, and the site scored 57 for performance and 81 for SEO in Google's PageSpeed test. The ordering process was spread across several steps.
The solution
We rebuilt the site on Shopify, consolidated the ordering process, and rebuilt the pages for speed and search. The work was delivered white-label for a design partner, so the client's own brand stays front and center.
